Primary Responsibilities:
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Scheduling accuracy and coordination
- Insurance verification basics
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service
Core Development:
Reliability, service mindset and foundational operational skills.
Expanded Responsibilities:
- Supervises and supports Level 1 PCCs
- Assists with KPI tracking (visits, cancellations, collections, conversion rates)
- Supports front-desk workflow optimization
- Helps train and onboard new team members
Core Development:
Process awareness, accountability and early leadership skills.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Supervises entire front desk operations
- Ensures KPI targets and performance metrics are met
- Troubleshoots scheduling insurance and workflow issues
- Coordinates closely with Clinical Director and leadership team
- Maintains culture, service standards and team accountability
Core Development:
Operational leadership and performance management.
Advancement Pathways After Level 3
Upon demonstrating leadership excellence, Level 3 PCCs may progress into
Level 1 roles within the following departments:
Administrator (Level 1 Administrator)
Operational systems, compliance and internal coordination
Marketing (Level 1 Marketing Coordinator)
Community outreach, referral development and lead generation support
Billing (Level 1 Billing Specialist)
Insurance processing, claims management and collections
Human Resources (Level 1 HR Coordinator)
Recruitment support, onboarding and team development assistance
