Her approach combines hands-on therapy, progressive goal-based movement, and patient education to help people move better, feel supported, and recover with confidence.

Kashmira treats patients as a whole person and honors their experiences, concerns, and goals throughout the recovery process. She values open communication and collaboration, and works closely with patients to ensure they feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their care journey.

Dr. Apoorva works with adolescent through older adult patients with musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from acute injuries to post-operative and chronic pain conditions. Apoorva’s approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered. Dr. Vidhi specializes in orthopedic and neuromuscular rehabilitation, helping patients recover from fractures, ligament repairs, and post-surgical conditions. She also treats vestibular disorders (including vertigo and balance issues) and provides pelvic health support for concerns such as diastasis recti, pelvic girdle pain, incontinence, and post-partum core stability. 

Her care combines manual therapy, evidence-based exercise, and practical education to improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function. Vidhi works with patients recovering from procedures such as ACL or meniscus repair, rotator cuff surgery, and total joint replacements, as well as individuals managing acute or chronic pain. Dr. Joscel works with individuals recovering from acute injuries and surgeries, as well as patients managing chronic pain. She has also worked closely with pelvic floor/post-partum and TMJ patients, with a focus on addressing current symptoms while helping reduce the risk of recurrence or future injury. 

Joscel’s goal is to help patients return to doing the things they love most. She formulates treatment plans specific to each patient’s impairments and goals, and her care includes hands-on manual treatment, research-based modalities, and patient education, along with techniques and exercises to help maintain progress outside of the clinic. She values getting to know her patients and what matters most to them so she can best support them in reaching their goals.

Dr. Dana is experienced in treating both musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She enjoys working with patients experiencing low back pain, ankle and foot injuries, tendonopathies, postural and movement dysfunctions, and neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and balance disorders 

Dr. Dana strongly believes in clear communication, patient education, and collaboration so patients can understand their condition and take an active role in recovery. Her goal is to help patients move better, regain independence, prevent injuries, and safely return to daily activities or sports. Treatment plans are tailored to each patient’s goals, abilities, and lifestyle to support progress that lasts beyond the clinic. Ray values patient input as an important part of the therapy process and works collaboratively with patients to support progress toward meaningful, real-life goals.

Dr. Kritika works primarily with orthopedic, sports injury, and vestibular patients, and sometimes with neurological patients. She focuses on helping patients return to functional and recreational activities, including getting back to playing sports. 

Dr. Kritika's philosophy is to help patients progress with as little pain as possible while learning the difference between being appropriately challenged and experiencing pain. She believes the “no pain, no gain” mindset is not always the right approach for recovery.

Laetitia grew up in Paris, France before moving to California in 2014. She completed her graduate degree at EFOM in Paris, France in 2009, and has been working alongside the team of therapists at iMotion for 7 years. 

Laetitia uses a multifaceted approach to treatment, integrating her years of clinical experience, manual therapy techniques, pain science education, and functional aquatic movements to create individualized treatment plans. She believes the human body is resilient and powerful, and she integrates current literature and proven treatment methods to find unique and effective solutions for each individual she works with.
